Custodial

Custodial performs complete custodial services on the Fairchild AFB and the National Institute of Safety and Health. 

Services range from floor care, deep dirt carpet cleaning to exterior window washing.  In 2004, Custodial began a “maid service” in the alert facility on base.  The scope of our services includes:

• Provide custodial services to over 1 million square feet of building area.
  
• Clean and maintain 3,000 fixtures per week.
  
• Operating 7 days a week, managing multiple crews performing general and specialty custodial and maintenance tasks.
  
• We have been in continuous operation at the base since 1976.
  
• Custodial employs approximately 45 disabled persons.
