Community Access Volunteer
Duties: After an on the job training period of six to eight weeks, work independently with developmentally disabled adults, primarily age 62+, assisting them with accessing events, services, and activities in their local community, under the direct supervision of the Employment Services Director. Ability to identify and resolve problems, manages multiple priorities, work under stressful situations, and work independently.
Education/Experience: Must be able to pass a criminal background check, have reliable transportation, and a dedication to the program. Empathy for people with disabilities and the elderly is required.

Part-time, variable hours in 2-4 hour blocks of time, primarily
M- F 8:00AM-4:30PM
