Project Manager - Food Service

Duties: To ensure that all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) are met or exceeded in the assigned operational facilities. Supervisor of Food Service Employees, responsible for overseeing preparation and distribution of food items to customers, including set up and tear-down of serving line, general housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including restrooms, replenish supplies, bus tables and dish washing, provide prompt and courteous service to patrons.

Position Requirements: Associate’s degree in a related area, experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a field related to the project. Working knowledge of personal computers and related software, including Word and Excel, required. Empathy for those with disabilities or disadvantages is required. Must pass background check, have valid driver’s license, maintain vehicle insurance and be insurable by SKILS’KIN vehicle insurance carrier.
