Individual Supported Employment (ISE)
ISE helps people with disabilities obtain and maintain individual employment in the general workforce. These are traditional jobs within the community. SKILS’KIN provides job assessment, resume and job development, job search and placement, job coaching and job retention services.
SKILS’KIN works with local businesses to find inclusive, integrated jobs that are of interest to our clients and fit their abilities.
Typically, individuals served through SKILS’KIN employment services are referred by the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and/or Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
