Food Service


In 2010, SKILS’KIN expanded its government contracting with the award of an $820,000 food service contract at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. Through this contract, SKILS’KIN provides over 180,000 meals per year to U.S. military personnel, employing 9 full-time employees and 26 part-time employees. With the rapid success of our food service enterprise at Malmstrom, Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington, awarded SKILS’KIN the subcontract for food services at Fairchild. This contract will begin operation in early 2011.

SKILS’KIN’s food services include food preparation and serving, nutrition and menu planning, cashier services, floor and carpet care, equipment management, and sanitation and waste management.

Our AbilityOne contracts offer excellence in food service, while providing jobs for people with disabilities. We offer disabled individuals assessment, work counseling and job coaching to assure outstanding job performance.
