Custodial Services


SKILS’KIN has been providing exceptional government contracted custodial services for over 30 years. We were awarded the custodial contract at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington in 1978. Today we manage a $2,100,000 contract at Fairchild, and because of our outstanding reputation in this field we were awarded custodial contracts with the General Service Administration in Spokane in 2007 and Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana in 2008. Through the AbilityOne Custodial program, SKILS’KIN employs 42 full-time and 57 part-time employees.

SKILS’KIN provides a wide variety of custodial services, including general office cleaning, restroom cleaning, specialized cleaning in medical labs and food services, floor and carpet care, and window cleaning.

Our AbilityOne custodial contracts offer government agencies excellent customer service through hiring reliable and hardworking people with disabilities. SKILS’KIN provides disabled individuals with disability assessment, skill building, work counseling and job coaching to maintain the highest standard of job performance.
